At Maison de Veloure, we work with suppliers across multiple warehouses to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the warehouse your item ships from. Please use the estimates below as a guide:

Why the Wide Range?
We ship from multiple warehouse locations depending on product availability. Some items ship from EU-based warehouses (faster for European customers), while others ship from Asia. The tracking information in your confirmation email will reflect your specific shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package at:

Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
For customers outside the EU: your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total . Veloure is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
For customers within the EU: orders shipped from within the EU are not subject to additional customs charges.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, contact us at:

We will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Veloure is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at velouresupport@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
