Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

What Does Not Qualify
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control
How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number and a photo or video of the issue
3. We will review your request within 3 business days
4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
No Return Shipping Required
We do not require you to ship the item back to us. Once your refund is approved, it is processed immediately. You keep the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, request a refund and place a new order.
